1. Company shut-down for a week, no free and readily available internet. (not that I would travel all the way to my office during holidays)
2. Home internet down, due to some setting error which RH finally found out yest.
3. Went KL for 2 days so did not bring laptop to KL
Wow, lots to update, where should I start?
I missed my Christmas Eve dinner cos of RH. Supposed to go for my buffet at Pinetree Club with my family members and RH HAD to call me up and say that he needed me to pick him up from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal. Do you know how far the ferry terminal is from my YUMMY dinner?
Oh well, a good wife is suppose to support her husband in his business endeavours and that is excatly what RH was doing in Bintan. Showing the bauxite mine to some customers from China. Bauxite is actually some by-product of Iron mining. Luckily it paid off and they actually signed a contract for that.
But alas, Christmas came and it compensated for my lack of Christmas Eve Dinner. We went to the Brazilian Restaurant in Sixth Ave. Stuffed ourselves with MEAT. Brazillians just love meat, ya! Well, another thing famous that start with Brazillian is of course the B********* W**. Yup, why do they call it that. Its not as if the Brazillians all go bare.
However, I forgot to bring my camera to the dinner so no pics. Sorry! Food is yummy though and would be better if they were more vegetables.
On the 27th, our small group had a Christmas potbless. Wonderful, wonderful food again. There was pasta, beef stew, mashed potato, pizza, etc, etc.......The beef stew was really really heavenly! (No pun intended) Also, we had turkey with stuffings, courtesy of Uh-hum, ME! I must confess that most of it was done by my cousin, Fanny! Hmm, pictures below. Have to practise more!
The Voodoo Turkey, hehehe! Look at all the sticks poking out of it and those are bacons covering the Turkey in case you were wondering. We had to really skewer the Turkey to keep all the stuffing inside and the legs folded in.
Our Christmas Sacrifice is ready for roasting, bound legs and all! HAHAHA (evil laugh)! Hmm, it actually does not look so appetizing this way. Oops, forgot to take picture of the cooked turkey. It was quite delicious! You just gotta take my words for it.
{Apple Stuffing! I love stuffings especially Boston Market Stuffing!}
{All the ladies around the dinner table. I guess ladies are more greedy! :P}
{Eh, there are guys too, my mistake. The biggest glutton is here!}
{The Tans!}
{Daphne & Baby! But not her baby lah! Its Nij & Carole's. Can't help but feel the baby looks more like Nij}
{Some of the gang! Su li, our host, is the one wearing a blue t-shirt! Thanks for welcoming us into your house!}
{Group picture with new addition baby Mikayla}Then, me and RH went to KL........lots of good food there. Most of them by the roadside though! Forgot to take pictures! Sorry AGAIN!
RH took this picture because he kept forgetting where to turn right for his beloved original Ampang Yong Tau Foo. As if he is gonna bring this picture the next time he goes to KL. Anyways, Foong Foong Yong Tau Foo is very nice. Should try it next time you go to KL.
The address is 621-A Jalan Besar Ampang68000 Ampang, Selangor Darulehsan.

Sunway Lagoon Mall! RH tot he ought to be a tour guide and bring me there since I have never been to SLM and he was working in KL for 2 years. Notice my new necklace. Bought it at Petaling Street for 15 ringgits. The next day, another vendor actually tried to sell me for 25 ringgits. Of course, I did not buy it from him bit found another vendor who let me buy it at 15 each.
{NG! That was not intended to be like tat!}
{Much better!}
Then came New Year's Eve. Turns out that Dad booked three PANAROMIC rooms at Pan Pacific and booked us all a buffet dinner that hotel.
{View from 19th flr elevator!}
{Really cloudy that day! Luckily, it did not affect the fireworks}

This is such an artistic picture. I should just blow it up and put it in my new house. (just talking to myself, please ignore)
We ate from 7 pm to 11 pm. You should see the way we rushed to the buffet table for second, third, fourth fifth helpings after the waiter informed us that the buffet is going to be closed in 15 mins. Hehehe, we are gluttons indeed.

Being Silly!

Must be the wine!!!!!
New Year's came with a big bang. Literally! The fireworks at Marina Bay lasted for a full 10 mins. Cool and we had just the best view ever on the 29th floor of Pan Pacific facing Esplanade. Actually, there are no pictures cos I actually took video of the fireworks display and I dunno how to put it on my blog. Sorry! But there are some night view pics below.

So after all the feasting and stuffing, (I actually feel a little like the Christmas Turkey), I think I need at least a month to burn off all those extra fats..........I feel so bloated!
